The first deposit of €200 must be paid online at the time of booking. The second deposit of €236 must be paid by July 31, 2025. Payment details for this transfer will be provided in your confirmation email. The remaining balance of €568/person or €763/person, depending on your selected accommodation option, must be paid directly to the accommodation owners via bank transfer at least 4 weeks before your arrival. The necessary bank details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payment

To secure your spot, a deposit is required, which consists of two payments:

• First payment: €200 due at the time of booking.

• Second payment: €236 due by July 31, 2025.

Payment details for the second deposit (€236) will be provided in your confirmation email.

Accommodation Payment

• The remaining balance of your retreat, which covers accommodation costs, must be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival.

• The accommodation amount varies depending on your selected option. Payment details will be provided upon booking.

• The accommodation payment is non-refundable, so please ensure your plans are confirmed before making this payment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Here’s how cancellations are handled:

• Cancel before July 31, 2025: You will receive a full refund of your €200 deposit, and no further payments are required.

• Complete the second payment (€236) by July 31, 2025: Your spot is reserved and non-refundable after this date.

• Fail to complete the second payment (€236) by July 31, 2025: Your reservation will be canceled, and your €200 deposit will be refunded in full.

• Cancel after your accommodation payment (4 weeks before arrival): Unfortunately, the accommodation fee is non-refundable at this stage.

Why This Policy?

This structure allows you to reserve your spot with minimal financial risk while also giving us the ability to plan accordingly for the retreat. If you're uncertain about your schedule, this policy gives you time until July 31, 2025, to finalize your decision without losing any money.

We also highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations. Many insurance providers require coverage to be purchased within 7 days of booking, so be sure to check your options early.
